Appointments and Guidelines

  1. Booking in advance is essential.
  2. Shades of Healing kindly request that all clients arrive on time for their appointments. We suggest arriving 10min prior to the scheduled time, of your 1st appointment.
  3. Shades of Healing will not be held responsible for any theft, damage or loss that may occur.
  4. As this is a therapy centre we ask that all mobile phones be switched off and that noise be kept at a minimum.
  5. Right of admission is reserved.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

  1. All appointments/treatments are to be settled after completion.
  2. We accept cash, credit cards and bank guaranteed cheques.
  3. Where treatments are cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, 50% of the full treatment cost will be charged.
  4. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of the treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will still apply.
  5. Please note that a course of treatments, once purchased are non-refundable and will only be transferred in exceptional circumstances by agreement of management.
  6. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers

  1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed on an appointment basis only.
  2. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
  3. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  4. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s gift voucher account.
  5. If the treatment booked exceeds the amount of the users gift voucher, the user will be liable for the balance.
  6. Gift voucher and unused portions of gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, and become void 3 months after the date of issue of the original gift voucher.
  7. Shades of Healing is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
  8. Gift vouchers are transferable but not refundable.
